Property Brokers of Minnesota is a locally owned company, serving Rochester MN and other communities in Southeastern Minnesota. We can meet all of your home buying and/or home selling needs.
Our Management
Harvey Ratzloff, owner/broker, has over 30 years experience working in the Rochester real estate market. Harvey, has proudly worked with the award-winning Re/Max franchise in Rochester for more than 25 of them. He has had the honor of winning many awards and belonged to the Hall of Fame, the Platinum Club and the 100% Club for Re/Max International.
With 99% of his business done locally because of referrals from sellers and buyers, Harvey brings a clear understanding of home buyer or seller needs to Property Brokers of Minnesota.
Under Harvey's leadership, Property Brokers of Minnesota focuses on the basics -- that is, focusing on you, the client, rather than on national recognition or relocation.

In our quest to get back to the basics of real estate, Property Brokers of Minnesota focuses on your relationship with your agent, not the company as a whole. Meaning- we bring our business to you. Gone are the days of finding a sitter or taking time off of work just to meet with your agent. We come to you at a time convenient for you.
Working with us does not mean being passed around from agent to agent. What it does mean is building a base we both can stand firmly, and more importantly comfortably, on. This base, built on trust, can only be made by working together from start to finish.

We share and receive information with and from hundreds of agents in Southeastern Minnesota through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with the Southeastern Minnesota Association of Realtors. This affiliation is something we consider to be the lifeline for our clients and our business.
If for some reason we cannot help you find the property you need, we will be the first to admit it because our relationship to you is only second to your personal wants and needs. No agent can work for their client to the best of his/her needs without building a relationship and knowing them first.
