Risa Carlsen

I am Risa Carlsen. I was raised in a real estate family, and it just seemed natural for me to follow in my parents footsteps. My dad, Roger Carlsen, is a developer and a retired home builder, and my mom, Lori Carlsen, always managed the offices. I feel as though I've been exposed to this business since I was a little girl.

During my junior and senior year of high I attended post secondary. When I graduated from high school, I also graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree. After graduating, I received my appraisers license, and at the same time my dad needed a new office manager, so along with my appraising, I decided to go to work for him. Even with all that, I still felt a need to expand on my career, so I decided to get my real estate license.

I am really excited to be a part of Property Brokers of MN, helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
