Greg Janowiec

Greg and his wife Linda moved to Rochester from the Twin Cities in 1989 to open the Play It Again Sports Store Franchise. They added a 2nd store in Mason City, IA in 1992 and sold it in 1996. The Rochester store was sold in 2001 and since then Greg has found he loves Real Estate. Greg has been in professional sales and marketing or over 33 years. Greg says, "Whether you are selling to industry, retail or Real Estate, the process boils down to finding out what the client's needs are and fulfilling those needs to the best of my ability." He continued, "It's a wonderful opportunity to become involved in a very meaningful way and time into people's lives as they are buying or selling a home. I don't take the trust lightly that my clients have put in me to represent their best interests in this life changing experience."
