Cyndee Neis

I grew up in a small, Wisconsin community filled with Norwegians. I still will utter the word, “Uffda,” every now and again. And, “Yes, I do love lutefisk and lefse!” When I attended college at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, people asked me what country I was from!! It did prompt me to take Norwegian as my language. After all, I had the accent down!

After graduating with a nursing degree, I landed in Rochester, MN. I have been here ever since. I must like it here! After working on the psychiatric ward for many years, I decided to go back to graduate school. I stayed in the same field and became a therapist. For 17 years, I devoted myself and my career to the goal of decreasing domestic violence in our community. I will continue to champion this cause because of all the courageous women I have worked with.

My husband, Ray, persuaded me to get my Real Estate license as he was overwhelmed with both buyers and sellers. We have been working together as a team ever since. With 30 plus years of experience, Ray has been a great mentor for me and many other agents.

We are a blended family with adult children here, the Twin Cities, and in Denver, CO. Ray also has two grandsons. We have two small dogs named Emma and Maxi who are pretty special to us. Actually, those pets have us trained real well!

You may wonder what the common element is with my previous jobs and Real Estate. It is unequivocally: PEOPLE!! Being service oriented all my life made Real Estate an easy transition. Having a positive experience with you as the buyer or seller is my Number One Goal! Ray and I have a prosperous repeat and referral business. We have made some wonderful friends for life. I look forward to serving you by selling your existing home and assisting you in buying/building your Dream Home! .

There are so many wonderful things in life and we cherish our time together and all the experiences we have shared. Ray and I are looking forward to many more memory-making years as a family and a working team
